I recently used a restamping service for my house, which had sunk in the middle. Out of the 12 providers I contacted, they offered the best price by far. They handled all the necessary permits and completed the work to an amazing standard. Since we were all working and couldn't be at home, we gave them full access to our house (the main hall was made from my son's bedroom). They were the most honest, reliable, and trustworthy people I've ever had in my home. The house was left clean, and the quality of their work was outstanding. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. It had been decades since our house was last underpinned - cracks appearing in walls, doors not closing, floors uneven, etc. Prompt service, courteous behaviour, clear explanations, attention to detail, efficient and effective work, good teamwork, competitive price. Awsome work! Mike and his team completed job at an exceptional standard. I have done restumping whole house and eight underpinnings as my house is subsiding. The leveling of the house is perfect after the work. Mike is very through and always listen the customer. Never had a issue with communication at all. He provided all certifications of the works and the price was very reasonable. I felt that they are very passionate about the job they are doing and care about satisfying the customers. I contacted a number of companies to restump and level my house but none compared to Mike and his team. Upon quoting the job they measured the variance in level with their gadgets and actually got their hands dirty. Mike and his team did a fantastic job underpinning and restumping my home for a basement. During the whole process Mike kept in touch telling us what was being done and the job was completed on time and on budget. I had my old 1950s era weatherboard fully re-stumped by PRAU. It waited a while before leaving the review to see how the house settled.
